HOW TO LEARN TALARIA RUNNING
Take the two, two hour, foundation course either privately (by distance also availble) or in a semi-private group of maximum three people. After completing both courses, you will have integrated the principles of nasal breathing synched to your footfall and you will be able to pratice and run peacefully.
Following an informative breathing session, you will experience a step-by-step process to gain insight into how to use your breath can uplift your running experience. We then head off and put this into action! We will mainly run a maximum of three minutes at a time with one minute resting walks. (Please note, this is not a full, non-stop running session. The session is geared to applying the Talaria Flow Breathing principles to the running). We finish up with a some tips that you can then take home to practice.

This approach to running has evolved my stride, I run lighter in my body and my head because this technique allows me to be more mentally detached by focusing on something other than my run.
