Falling in love with running

“Just like falling in love, Running is spontaneous! Learn and apply the three principles of Talaria Running: Freedom of Breath, Freedom of Movement and Freedom from Pain so you can run wherever, whenever!”

Learn effortless nasal breathing as you run. Never have a stitch, be out of breath, struggle through a run – ever again! Effortless Breathing enhances the connection to the mind and body while syncing these two vital systems up with a healthy heart rhythm so you can embrace the beauty of Talaria Running.

THE WORKSHOP

The best way to get hands on practice !

This workshop or private session begins with simple yet informative breathing exercises, followed by a specific running Yoga warmup. Step-by-Step during the warmup you will gain insight into how to use your breath to uplift your running experience.

We then head off and put this into action! We will mainly run a maximum of three minutes at a time with one minute resting walks. (Please note, this is not a full, non-stop running session. The session is geared to applying the Flow Breathing principles to the running). We finish up with a Yoga cool-down period including some tips that you can then take home to practice.
I am there every step of the way, guiding you through your running experience to make sure you are safe and Fall in Love with running!

__________________________________________________________

This approach to running has evolved my stride, I run lighter in my body and my head because this technique allows me to be more mentally detached by focusing on something other than my run. It took a few weeks for me to get used to it. At the beginning the rhythm is modified, slowed down then your breath and your stride harmonize, you get used to it and are ready to go! Yuko, by our side, in yoga on our mats, and by running on our trails, you conquered our bodies and our minds thanks to your experience as an athlete and your physiological approach to running, your clear and precise explanations, and your simplicity !
